Dear Encore Supporters
We want to be transparent with our families about an important change for the upcoming season. In order to maintain the quality of our programming and keep our doors open, we will be increasing our registration fees. This is not a decision we made lightly and we’re honestly gutted to have to do it. We know this impacts our community, and we explored every possible option before arriving here, but ultimately it wasn’t something we could avoid.
This year will take a collective effort, with a strong focus on fundraising and community support to help sustain what we’ve built together. Our goal remains the same: to provide a safe, creative, and inspiring space for our students to grow. We are so grateful for your understanding and continued support as we navigate this season together.

A friendly reminder that our Musical Theatre program is a full-year commitment. When students register, they are becoming part of a team that depends on each member to bring their role to life.
We absolutely understand that life happens.... illness, emergencies, and unexpected conflicts can come up. That said, consistent attendance is essential, not just for individual growth, but for the success of the entire cast. Every role matters, and when someone is missing, it impacts rehearsals, blocking, and ultimately the final production.
